After discovering a call-to-arms poster from the resistance in the town square, the General instructs Von Klinkerhoffen to reopen Nouvion's newspaper as a propaganda tool - with René installed as puppet editor under Gruber's command.

General von Klinkerhoffen re-opens the local newspaper as a propaganda sheet with a very reluctant René as its editor. Michelle now plans to build a raft to float the airmen to England.
