Either 'a shameless sycophantic sell-out with a jelly spine and a mush mind', according to one of his listeners, or 'a first-class comic' according to the Guardian. Come and help settle the debate that is raging in no parts of the country. Unashamed political fandom from a man with a lot to be ashamed about. Either, a "shameless sycophantic sell-out with a jelly spine and a mush mind", according to one of his listeners, or a "first-class comic", according to The Guardian. Come and help settle the debate that is raging in no parts of the country. This is unashamed political fandom from a man with a lot to be ashamed about. No-one talks about politics like this.

As heard on talkSPORT, The News Quiz (Radio 4), The Now Show (Radio 4), BBC Radio 5Live, BBC Radio 2 and BBC 6Music. As seen clock-watching at the Pizza Hut buffet.

A former political adviser, Matt isn't a typical twenty-something; a passionate, opinionated and excitable young man he loves football, Prime Minister's Questions and pasties. As well as meeting his idol Tony Blair he has also corresponded with other world leaders and even has a signed photo of George W. Bush.

Matt is a regular voice on the radio, hosting Extra Time every Friday night on the Sony-Award winning talkSPORT. He has also recently appeared as a guest on Al Murray's Radio 2 show (Radio 2). Matt was also part of the Russell Howard and Jon Richardson show on BBC 6Music.

Matt is a writer on 8 Out Of 10 Cats (Channel 4) and Stand Up For The Week (Channel 4) and regularly reviews the papers for Sky News. He also has a number of scripted projects in development.

At the 2011 Edinburgh Festival, Matt performed his first solo stand-up show to great commercial and critical acclaim. This summer, he returns to the festival with his new show, Eyes to the Right, Nose to the Left.
