Oh, right - well it's a good job you knew cos I couldn't have told you that anyway! I used to have them both separately at one stage but that was years ago and I can't remember the mix.
I'm a shit for forgetting whether I had a jab or not, I'm always doing it. Most of the time I err on hte side of caution though and wait till I go high. That's a much better situation than hypo.
My eyes are still f**ked though, after all this time, which is a little worrying.
It's not the same, but I temporarily can't see when I get migraines with flashing lights, no pain just annoying.

A cook book is probably a good idea, to get motivated. The problem with online recipes is it's easy to forget about them. I did make some lamb burgers a bit ago though, which were nice!

I think my problem here is I often say 'awwww' too lightly, which leaves me with nothing stronger when I really need it.
