Doctor Who... Page 1,058

I do like the idea of Toby Whithouse. Being Human was epic.

Just imagine JJ Abrams as the showrunner.

I'm already up for being the next companion

You could easily become the modern-era Adric.

I do own a star for mathematical excellence.

Just imagine JJ Abrams as the showrunner.

I saw Star Trek: Into Darkness - it featured people running about and shouting in place of drama, an incomprehensible plot, people did things that didn't make sense, it was full of convenient coincidences, shit in-jokes and forced moments of schmaltz. Worst of all, it crapped all over the canon and history of what came before it just to capture a new audience with limited attention spans.

How could that ever translate to Doctor Who? Oh wait...Errr

Who will replace Moffat?

Their top choice there seems like a good bet, though I've not cared much for most of his Who episodes. Mainly middling stuff. God Complex was pretty good.

I think a lot of people expect it to be Gatiss, but I don't think he'd want to take the whole thing on, but rather carry on writing the odd episode here and there.

Gatiss is just as bad as Moffat. Remember, he's also an Executive Producer of Sherlock!

Yeah, I like Sherlock, and Gatiss. But he won't take over Who.

I always wanted him to be the Doctor. :(

Swoon.

Can they go back to that style of TARDIS please?

I don't know if youre swooning at Gattiss or the set.

It does look rather swish and lovely.

Ha, both.

I do think scifi stuff of that era was a nicer aesthetic

even if the TARDIS's kitchen only provided milk or water.

It seems odd to think that Gatiss was once part of the League of Gentlemen. I don't get that with Shearsmith and Pemberton, just him.

He does seem to become part of the core of everything.
