Today was a balloon nightmare due to the weather. 
Did peoples balloons keep blowing away and then they demanded new ones?
The cold just meant that the balloons went squishy, and so when we put the delivery into the van, we weren't sure how tight to pack in case of expansion.

Just turned on the heat for the first time since last winter. A cold front passed through last night and it's currently 42 outside and 61 inside the house. Looks like it'll be back into the 70s this afternoon.
