Nopes lols

Just because it's true.

There's not one bad thing about that film.

It's amazing how they managed to capture the...the ...... nah you're right, the accents were shit.

But the rest is boss.

I never got the love for Khyber personally.

The scene around the table is the main thing I like about it. Joan Sims at her best.

No argument on England, but Jack is one of the best.

An audible emoticon of Sid James laughing is required.

It does nothing for me, I don't think it even fits in with the rest of them in any way.

I don't even think Cabby fits either, but I love that one

I agree the tone is a little different, in part due to Juliet Mills and Donald Houston playing their parts straight. I would say Cabby, Jack and Spying represent a transition phase from the gentle naughtiness of the early 'starting a new job' comedies, ending with Cruising, to the bawdier broader pastiches of the series heyday, beginning with Cleo and Cowboy.

But all three films are enjoyable on their own terms, and in Jack and Spying Cribbens, as always, is excellent.

'Behind', is one of my faves. The classic, one time pairing of Jack Douglas and Windsor Davies.

I like Behind, One of the ones that gets called a bad film, when it's actually okay.

Did you know a lot of the jokes were just nicked (with their permission) from Denis Norden's and Frank Muir's "Take It From Here"? Not only, most famously the 'Infamy!' joke (with Jimmy Edwards playing Caesar) but also the 'miserable pleader' line.

There you go then Carry On almost invented recycling for the greater good.

There's a radio documentary on Radio 2 at 10 o'clock on Sunday night about the Carry Ons, narrated by Leslie Phillips.
