But how do you invoice them? I was looking for a template invoice letter on Word but there isn't one. Do you just write them an email saying 'hey pay up damnit' and fill in the details?

Are you asking what an invoice looks like? If so, there's no set invoice format. Include the following details on a word document:

Date - The date you invoice.
Your Name - Beelzebozo
Your Adress - 12 High Street etc
Your Bank Ac Details - Ac No., and sort code.
Invoice Number (if it's your first invoice - it will be 001)
Amount - £20 (whatever)
Customer - Comedy Workshops

Then attach to an e-mail and send. And keep a copy for tax purposes.

Thanks for that Nick.

They also want your 10 digit self employed tax reference number, or your NI number if you're not self employed.

My email asked me to invoice for £30 for jokes sold, which I already knew to be one. If she hasn't given a figure, I'd email her and ask.

I sold just one. Booooooo

Has everyone got that e-mail now?

sooty, are you that friend of Prince Charles?! ;)

No I'm the one who bums him.

Cool.

Post deleted because of potentially of shitting meself in the foot.

Well at least one popped his head above the poo. Laughing out loud

Tuumble, I wouldn't post them on here unless you have been told they're not going to be used. Someone could nick them, and more to the point the 118 people want jokes that aren't already "out there", and BSG forums probably count as "out there".

Agree with Griff on the one above and a couple of other good ones as well.

OK, I'll delete

Better be on the safe side eh chaps

Now none of that makes sense...

:)
