So with regards to the tragic suicide of lucy Meadows. If 41% of transgndered people attempt suicide. Far above any other minority (except Kamikaze pilots). Is perhaps the problem that being transgnedered is a condition which makes one uniquely suseptible to suicide like black people and Sickle Cell?
I doubt we'll be able to have anything approaching a frank discussion about this without it descending into vitriol.
