After a 5 year break, Perrier award nominee Sarah Kendall returns to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, to entertain audiences with her most thought-provoking and hilarious show to date at Pleasance 2 following her sold out Australian tour.
Auditioning for the quintessential beer serving, doting wife roles in various shows plus raising a daughter in a world that counts pole dancing as a fitness class has got Sarah thinking about society as we know it.
Described in the Australian press as 'comedy with brains,' Sarah's naturally funny mind shines through in a show that not only challenges audiences to think about the culture and political climate that has engulfed us all but laugh at the intricacies that surround them.
Come along if you're peeved about a whole load of stuff, but can't seem to do anything about it.
Sarah Kendall has appeared on numerous Television and Radio shows. Her television credits include Russell Howard's Good News (BBC3), The World Stands Up (Paramount) and Edinburgh & Beyond (Paramount), she has also written and performed on Comedy Cuts (ITV2) and Beehive (E4, Channel4). Her radio credits include Clare in the Community (BBC Radio 4), Alan Carr and Friends (BBC Radio 2), The News Quiz (BBC Radio 4) and Parson & Naylor (BBC Radio 2).
Sarah's live work has taken her all around the world. As well as the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, she has performed in various festivals such as The Berlin Comedy Festival, Melbourne Festival. Sarah has also toured Europe with her show Attention Seeker.
