Gah, has anyone taking the time to explain to Gideon how incredibly expensive probation and community service is. Because that's what he's suggesting for millions of unemployed people.
It will cost a fortune to enforce, turn paying jobs into unpaid voluntary ones, all to raise a pittance of tax on badly paid jobs.

Thank God it's not me. I was convinced I was becoming deaf. I watched the first part and thought it was crap so didn't watch any more. All these silences and meaningful looks. 
I got a lot of work done whilst it was on as it was too dull to occupy my attention in any meaningful way.
