1992 Specials, Episode 2 - The Crying Game
Roy Brush the superstar footballer rises to the status of national hero when he seemingly rescues a young man from drowning in a canal. However not everything is quite as it seems as an investigative journalist for one of the tabloids finds out. The film turns on how Roy, helped by his manager, deals with the revelations about his private life that the tabloids splash all over their front pages.
