Episode 4 - Take A Tip From Selwyn

Unable to pay the rates, the council are refusing to collect rubbish from the camp and the bin bags are piling up. Selwyn is charged with delivering them all to the local dump himself and organisers a contest so that the guests might help, but they're taken off-course and onto a Duke's nearby estate.
