Zuu and the boys welcome comedian Ellie Taylor to Mandem HQ. For her Big Eat, Zuu gives Ellie a B&B style breakfast buffet with a Peking duck twist and it's one she won't forget in a hurry.

After learning about her Mini-Cheddar cravings during pregnancy and her love for desserts, they have a brainwave and the Mini Cheddars Chocolate Cheesecake is born.

Ellie serves up the French classic of chocolate profiteroles. The only thing is, she's never made them before. With the help of sous-chef Zuu and a Delia Smith original recipe as her guide, Ellie's confident she can go one better than a Paul Hollywood handshake and get the Big Eats seal of approval.

Ellie reveals to Zuu that as a child she used to keep the leftover duck bones from a Chinese takeaway in her bedside drawer so she could suck on them in the night.

Armed with this unusual information; Zuu and the boys dive into some Peking Duck research at a local Chinese restaurant, before creating Ellie's Big Eat menu. Course one is a hotel breakfast inspired buffet where duck is the star of the show but will the second course be a step too far for pastry-loving Ellie?
