BBC Comedy Classics Triple Pack

Introducing three of the UK's greatest ever comedy series. Filled with the cream of British comedy actors and superbly written and directed, each of these became a national institution and continues to find new generations of fans.

Dad's Army - Complete Series 1 Plus The Lost Episodes Of Series 2
All nine surviving episodes from Series 1 and 2 of Jimmy Perry and David Croft's classic BBC wartime comedy. When wartime Prime Minister Anthony Eden announced the formation of the Local Defence Volunteers, bank manager Mr. Mainwaring decides to take charge of the Walmington-On-Sea unit. Among the geriatric part-time solders willing to defend Britain from invasion are a bank clerk, a butcher, an undertaker, a spiv and a retired gents outfitter...

Porridge - Series 1
All six episodes from the first series of the popular prison sitcom. Habitual offender Norman Stanley Fletcher (Ronnie Barker) is doing five years of porridge at HM Slade Prison. He whiles away the time sharing his wealth of experience with his fellow inmates, particularly naive, young first-timer Lennie (Richard Beckinsale) whom Fletch takes under his fatherly wing.

Open All Hours - Series 1
Ronnie Barker stars as Arkwright, the stuttering grocer, in the first series of this cornershop comedy. Arkwright's urge to take money from his customers by fair means or foul is second only to his need to prevent his nephew, Granville (David Jason), from discovering a world beyond the clang of the shop bell... And, of course, his consuming passion for Nurse Gladys Emmanuel.

Not in the UK?

Fear not! Many items can still be ordered. Amazon in the UK delivers to many international territories, whilst their Australia, USA and Canada stores also supply many equivalent or imported items.

If you are in the North America, look out for US/Canadian flag icons on popular product listings for direct links.

If you order from a UK store, please note that the UK is in Region 2 and B, respectively, for DVDs and Blu-rays - check your player's compatibility, or look for multi-region products if you are located in another region.

If you are in Australia or New Zealand (DVD Region 4), note that almost all DVDs distributed in the UK by the BBC and 2entertain are encoded for both Region 2 and Region 4. The UK and Australasia are in the same Blu-ray region (B).
