He is only able to avoid illness himself due to a clown injection which protects him from every known illness except one: 'Tuesday Today Disease'.
Nebulous encounters the cause - a clown doctor, now bent on making everyone ill. The doctor has the help of a lifeform known as a 'Phlegmbion'.
