Mark visits Newport in Gwent in Wales (although it was for a period in England), which one local describes as the "arson capital of world". Mark talks about the controversial new train station, the love of chips and cheese, the town's contirbution to poetry and boxing, the Transporter Bridge, the police station that became a S&M club, Fanny's Cafe and Goldie Lookin Chain.
