Exodus, a satirical play about a Home Secretary aiming to become Prime Minister, has split the critics to the extent it's now had five, four, three, two and one star reviews.

ThreeWeeks gave The National Theatre of Scotland's production five stars, noting it is "razor-sharp, and cleverly makes a wildly implausibly story unnervingly believable."

However, the play really didn't impress The Times, which called it a "jaw-droppingly awful satire" in its one star review.

Other publications have been mixed in their decisions, with two, three and four star reviews issues. With the critics' ratings collected together, the play has now received all the five possible star ratings, a situation sometimes labelled a "rainbow review".
