Eggplant (aubergine) katsu curry. Tasted different than was expecting but still good.

I hate courgettes.
But they are pretty similar.
I'm happy with courgettes. Have a great recipe for tomato and courgette soup, which many people have asked for.
Oh, I might not hate them in soup. It's their mushy texture when sliced and cooked that makes me feel all wrong.

Zucchini is best cut into cubes and stir fried with other veg. Or cooked in long strips on the open side of the BBQ and brush with garlic oil.
