I thought Springfield would be the easiest to put together from the clues...needing no names, or anything...and then alternative definitions like 'shy' and 'berg' might help bring to mind the other state capitals. I'm afraid I'm very limited in my clue-giving. I do have a couple more I've noted down, in preparation for future turns, but they're likely to be quite similar in format...so bear that in mind if I do another one. :-)
