Presumably the first unpleasant comment was mine in the BCG fight thread where I said something was 'as penetrating as a vagina.'
I was trying to think of something that was deeply 'not penetrating' and chanced upon the female organ of generation. I used the word 'vagina' for it's 'tee hee' value. It's not an 'unpleasant comment about women or their body parts'.
