No. Far too expensive.

Have just checked the back of the DVD box and it says - 'subtitles - none'. Having said that, mine is a pirate copy from Vietnam...

I'm writing one at the moment where Lee gets a smack on the nose, and the cleaner gets shot.

Highly unlikely. Anything with the cleaner getting mortally wounded would, it seems, please most of the BSG's members however.
