The study found that the £12.50 charge zone and the pre-existing low-emission zone (LEZ) resulted in a decrease in road traffic particulate matter (PM2.5) emissions by 180 tonnes across the city over a three year period."

Sadly, this piece of information arrived a bit too late for 'Turning Point UK', who had already decided the 'fire' was the work of Muslims.

It needs burning down , do you know it cost more to got the top of Blackpool Tower than it does to go atop the Eiffel, talk about a f**king cheek.
It transpires that the record NHS budget was caused by adding the £14.9bn PPE Fraud and Dido Harding's £36bn Test and Trace onto the NHS Budget. So in in reality the NHS budget has been cut for every single one of the 13 years that the Conservatives have been in charge.
Now they are set to abolish Inheritance Tax because they have stolen all the tax we had so all they can do now is ensure that are not the ones refilling the coffers.
As it stands there will be no end to this governments criminality and deceit until we have a free press and not one owned by off shore oligarchs.

We have stricter diving laws and higher duty on deiseal, which means EU rigs and drivers have always been cheaper than UK ones. Of course they were never going to pay a "congestion" charge of £15 , who's going to waist money chasing that, from a foreign country ?
