As for England tomorrow, call me a pessimist, but I think Germany will beat us on penalties. I'd love to be wrong, but I just can't see us getting a result.

It was at least a foot over the line, maybe more.

I missed the first 5 minutes, but I heard Rooney was called offside, when he was through on goal, even though the ball had come off a German player.

This has been awful, yeah we had a disallowed goal, but the defending has been non existent. The German's are just showing up the flaws that have been there throughout this woeful World Cup outing by England.
