Don't stumble across many a wild boar, Bill.

Rats are dangerous because of Weil's disease.

Did Chris Evans used to suffer from that.

or foxes; they are known to attack babies.

You could say that about Chav's pitbulls or any other trophy dog.

Aaarrrgghh! I must defend foxes. How often do you read about foxes actually attacking any human? It's rare. How often do you read about dogs attacking and, often, killing humans. Every other bloody week.

The fact that you don't hear about it, is what makes it sinister.

And frankly all those rich people and horses and dogs chasing foxes, what did the foxes do to upset them so much.

It's annoying to decide which Only You song is better. The Yazoo original or the Flying Pickets cover? What do you think? It's hard to choose.

I like the Yazoo original....but the chocolate is not bad either.

May the God of zebras bless you. *snigger*

Not that I know of.
Or if it was a joke, it went over my head.

People who when asked if they are able to take on extra work knowing entirely what it will involve agree to it. Then after it is done act as though they were not given an option to decline and that it really was to much and they knew it would be.

Then when you apologise and tell them to say no next time they say "oh no it's ok but it really is a lot of work".

Clearly you do care or you would not be complaining. Also I can't read minds so if you say "yes" but inside your head are thinking "oh crap" I can't tell.

Joke? Unimpressed

Never thought about this until I became an old fart, but people (usually in the media) who say someone is X years young. No they/we are not and stop being patronising - we're old. :(

I was listening to an interview with Des O'Connor recently.

He doesn't agree with you on this point.

And in age terms, you could have been his love child. :)
