I can make pretty good bacon substitute. Even before I was veggie, I used to fry up ham slices when there was no bacon, not quite the same but sort of. Found out it works with veggie ham slices too (by the way, this method is for the non-food snobs).

Don't veggies have things like Cheating chicken & Facon?

The ready made bacon is alright, if you're really desperate. But it really does look like fake rubber toy bacon.

I read today about the Japanese eating lots of Dolphins.
But due to the pollution Dolphin meat is high in Mercury content, so quite poisonous.

Not at all. Pandas are black and white, so that's them sorted. And I'll eat cows of the black, white or brown variety. I'm an equal opportunities omnivore.
