Did you ask him about his dad being a dentist?

As for the show, a good start to the second series. Nothing spectacular, but Roger Allam was great as ever, and I'm warming to Benedict Cumberbatch as an actor. He seems able to do both comedy and drama very effectively.

Tuned in. Not sure if I find it funny.

A good four episodes so far. Seems that Mikey managed to tune in to the least amusing of them, but I certainly wouldn't have called it unfunny. Again, loving the banter between Martin and Douglas. The cutting wit of the latter never fails to amuse me - although I do wish that Martin would win a bit more.

Just listened to Kuala Lumpur - far from the best of the series. I prefer it when they do actually go off somewhere. More chance for decent interaction, more material for comedy. I ended up just feeling a little frustrated for Martin rather than laughing.

More chances for Simon Greenall to pop up with a comedy accent.

Yeah, it is

I feel censored. This makes me quite proud.

Dan

Great news. Thanks for the heads-up!

I'm sure no one cares for my view, but I think this is the funniest programme on the radio at the moment.

Well I love the series. It's one you can listen to over and over. I don't understand why this hasn't been commisioned for a TV series. The set can't be that costly and they only rarely need location work.

Probably too posh for the yoof BBC.
