Citizen Khan

This sitcom, which has weathered a lot of flack since it launched in 2012, has now reached its third series. Notably, it's moved into a pre-watershed slot this time (taking over from Would I Lie To You?, which has been put on a break as a result) so the humour is perhaps broader and more family friendly now. The mother-in-law is central in this one. BBC One, 8:30pm. Guide

Also: Damian Lewis does HIGNFY; it's a smutty episode of Not Going Out; Josh Widdicombe tries QI; more Chatty Man; Micky Flanagan on Graham Norton's Show; and more. Schedule
