If you were the head of the Special Intelligence Services, like The Commander, you might not know which is worse - having an assistant like Edgar Briggs, or the suspicion that there's a defector on the staff. The defector, Greville, goes to ground with "the other side". The solution? Briggs will have to stop him leaving the country. But first he has to find him.
