The three young Corners have been misbehaving again and Jennifer says that she is going to complain to their father. But Henry Corner is very reluctant to dish out the punishment ... He has reasons, too. His birthday is imminent, and last year at this time a bout discipline resulted in a very 'token' present indeed. Jennifer, forced to take action herself, decides on a punishment which later rebounds on both her and Henry.
