Jonathan Ross joins Roast Battle judging panel

Comedy Central has announced that Jonathan Ross is joining the Roast Battle judging panel.
He'll sit alongside Katherine Ryan and Jimmy Carr for Series 2, having taken over from Russell Brand who was on the panel in Series 1.
Louise Holmes from Comedy Central says: "We're beyond thrilled to have Jonathan joining the stellar team of Jimmy and Katherine as his quick-witted brand of comedy makes him a great fit for the show. Jonathan is a hugely loved British star; we know fans of the show will be just as excited as we are."
Ross already has an association with Comedy Central - he records the voiceover for Takeshi's Castle, which airs on the channel.
Five new episodes are set to be filmed this summer (Free tickets). The first series, which aired in January, proved a programming hit for the channel, setting ratings records for the network.
Series 2 will be shown on Comedy Central later this year.
