Visa problems force Mal to fire Jen from the RV park, putting a strain on their relationship. With no job to occupy her, Jen begins to worry that Freddie is dealing drugs. Meanwhile, Tina and Herman get together to plot Conan's future.

Visa problems mean Mal has to fire Jen from the park. Not only does that mean big problems for their relationship but it also means Mal has to interview for a replacement. And he's in for a shock when a bunch of no-hopers apply.
Meanwhile, stuck at home, Jen's idle mind starts to worry Freddie is dealing drugs and Tina meets up with Herman as she tries to find a way to shake off his son Conan.
