Neil is feeling despondent about his lack of popularity and throws a party to try and make amends. The plan backfires for Neil when Robert proves to be the life and soul of the party. It's only when Penny lets Neil into a secret about Robert's Achilles heel that Neil finally feels he might have the upper hand.
