The three-bedroom property at 4 Tresillian Way, Walkford, Christchurch is described as an "attractive house in a lovely, quiet location" on the RightMove listing
Whilst much of One Foot In The Grave was filmed in a studio, the 920sqft terraced house served as the exterior for Victor and Margaret Meldrew's residence in the classic 1990s sitcom.
Let's hope whoever buys it has better luck that the Meldrews, who had a number of calamities at the property, from their front garden being filled with gnomes to a car being dumped in the skip they'd hired.
