There's a new police initiative to "get bobbies back on bikes", that lands on the desk of a Chief Inspector at a South London police station. He hates bikes and he hates "new initiatives", so he decides to sabotage it. He puts five of his most useless, over-aggressive, miserable and cowardly officers in "Bike Squad".
