Wacky hoover - Victim does some housework for a wife who is having a lunch party. The hoover decides to blow dust over the rooms at will, and ruins the lunch
Council House Deprivatisation - Ken has made some improvements to his home for which he didn't have the correct planning permissions
Ashes to ashes - Victim works in a funeral parlour. He washes out some old urns, and by accident washes away the remains of the late Arnold Ramsden down the plughole (Arnold was actually an aadvark).
