An illicit trip to the local has resulted in Max, Zero, Derek and Danny being banished from the hospital. The homeless Danny ends up staying with Max at his girlfriend's home. Zero's wife, Doris, reacts uncharacteristically to one of his outbursts, and Derek discovers a new kind of life with isobel.
