There's a royal visit to the mill town of Utterley and Bradley has been suffering from nightmares in which his daughters ride naked through the town. But it turns out to be premonition and before he can stop them Bradley is confronted the vision of idealistic daughter Charlotte doing a Lady Godiva routine by way of political protest.
