A prowler is terrorising the district round the Brown Cow. Nellie thinks she sees the menacing mystery man. Her suspicion falls on a figure lurking outside the pub - but he turns out to be a false alarm. Then Nellie, scared stiff, turns her attention to Charlie, the window cleaner ... and gets the shock of her life.
