Lucy talks to Rev. Bill Tinsey from Consett, after winning from the North East Vicar of the Year competition; gay vicar Rev. Wilson Penn from St. Cuthbert's in Jarrow; and Rev. Richard Crisp, a vicar from Kensington who is moving to his new parish in Sunderland West.
