Notes
While this episode was meant to be broadcast on the date mentioned below, it was not actually broadcast until 7th November, 2007. It is believed that because the plot, in which Robin and Leslie are jailed in a Surrey ruled by Americans, was too contentous to be broadcast so soon after the 9/11 terrorist attacks.
