Further details

An opportunity to go to Iraq comes up and both Charles and Archie want to go. Charles wants to go as he's been there before and speaks the language; Archie only wants to go to stop Charles going. Both attempt to convince Joshua to nominate them, resorting to blackmail and bribery in the process... that is until Charles realises that the posting is actually to a notorious and violent part of Iraq, not the peaceful bit.
