Series 9 - Big Day Out

Colin Murray presents a special Fighting Talk from Stoke City's Britannia Stadium, in front of a live audience. There is also a different version with host Nick Hancock being recorded for BBC Radio Stoke.

Stoke City legend Terry Conroy, current squad member Danny Higginbotham, Stoke-supporting former England cricket star Dominic Cork and former Stoke and England defender Tony Dorigo will make up the panel for a Stoke legends Fighting Talk on May 26 at the Britannia Stadium.

They will battle it out to win points for punditry under the chairmanship of Nick Hancock in a Potters flavoured version of Radio 5 live's hit show Fighting Talk. This programme is part of Fighting Talk's Big Day Out and will be broadcast later in the day on BBC Radio Stoke.

Nick Hancock says: "This is the big one! These are some of the finest names in the Potteries battling it out so it could get messy."

The event which runs from 10am till 2pm in front of 5 live's biggest ever live audience will include the usual Fighting Talk at 11am hosted by Colin Murray on Radio 5 live and feature entertainment from indie rockers The Enemy and Ash, who will both play live sets.

German comedian Henning Wehn will also do a comedy set.
