Olivia Hannah on her radio comedy drama Braids
Braids is my first full-length play. It's been percolating for a long time - most of my life, I suppose, since a lot of it is drawn from experience. There is a healthy layer of fiction between me and the audience, though: it's personal, but it is not autobiographical.
