A surreal dating show format with a twist. Blind Love On First Date Island shows a real couple on a blind phone date, animated to take place in a parody genre-bending dating world.

The format takes all the classic and frankly annoying - yet highly addictive - tropes of dating and reality shows, and gives them a dreamlike and satirical twist - think Love Island meets Adventure Time...

Dating is weird. The misunderstandings, the clumsy attempts to brag or flatter, the half explanations, the gap between what's said and what's actually meant... All of these things have become the basis for what we see in a series of surreal animations, visualising the strangest and funniest version possible of each conversation.

The series is narrated by Drag Race UK star Bimini Bon Boulash, who says: "I loved my time as the narrator for Blind Love On First Date Island, I felt like a modern-day Cilla Black! It felt great that people could go on an all-inclusive blind date and not be judged instantly by their appearance."
