Josh Jones: Waste Of Space

Following a highly acclaimed, sold-out run at the Edinburgh Fringe and a Dave Edinburgh Best Newcomer Award nomination, Josh Jones will be taking Waste Of Space around the UK this autumn, on his debut tour.

Born and bred in Manchester, Josh is a breath of fresh air but a Waste Of Space - at least that's how he feels - when there is always some kind of drama unfolding in his life. But he's come to accept there are upsides to this, which have changed his life.

Being gay and trying to break into stand-up at northern rugby clubs had its moments for Josh but it has certainly helped to shape him, and his comedy; he's one of the most original voices to emerge from the North West for years and as well as performing at the biggest clubs in the UK, he's making his name on TV, appearing on shows including: ITV's Jonathan Ross' Comedy Club and E4's 8 Out Of 10 Cats - where he made an hilarious debut.
