Guffy is a guttural, allegorical tale of the state of our nation. Set in a world of no hopers and lost causes. Alba is the past. Guffy is the present. The bairn is the future. They co-exist in the bottom end of Alloa. 'If yer frae the Bottom End ye dinnae get oot!' In its world premiere, Guffy brings the voice of an unheard people to the stage. She vents the frustrations of her generation in an unbridled spewing. Nothing goes untouched: race, sexuality, class, social media and Alba.

This show contains strong language, scenes of violence and references themes including alcoholism, still birth, depression, sexism, murder and racism.
