Ed Patrick: Catch Your Breath (Work in Progress)
NHS junior doctor, comedian and now author (oooooh, check him) Ed Patrick returns to the Edinburgh Fringe with the makings of a new show. Come join as he works through material in the afternoon, named (for now) after his book Catch Your Breath: The Secret Life of a Sleepless Anaesthetist (available in all your favourite bookstores). With regular stories about delays and staffing shortages in the news, it may not seem that there's much to laugh about in the NHS. But a number of doctors are hoping laughter can be the best medicine with their own stand-up comedy shows at this year's Edinburgh Fringe.
