Fresh from their hit TEDx performance, Australian musical comedians Elena Gabrielle and Grant Busé will showcase their musical skills, powerful chops and daggy dancing in the fast paced, high energy The Shuffle Show at Assembly for Edinburgh Fringe 2015.
The Shuffle Show is an Apple store parody taking its audiences on an epic musical journey of 1000 songs in 1 hour. Just like the shuffle function on your iTunes, expect anything from The Beatles to Beyoncé. With medleys honouring superstar divas, dance anthems and the perils of Scottish Weather, The Shuffle Show has something on its playlist for everyone.
Debuting at Melbourne international Comedy Festival in 2014, the show has since toured Australia to sold out shows and critical acclaim. Using tech giant Apple as the platform for its social satire, The Shuffle Show echoes society's diminishing attention span, insatiable appetite for information and the ever changing face of technology. "We spent months developing this show and creating seamless medleys. It's a fun show with a lot of songs and even more laughs," Gabrielle said.
Come book an appointment at the pop-up Genius bar located in 'The Box' theatre at Assembly George Square.
