Picture the comedian Jeff Foxworthy and his buddies at a funeral. That's the side-splitting type of humour you will find in Savannah Arts Academy's production of Dearly Departed. Poor Bud Turpin has died and his extremely dysfunctional Southern family struggles to get their patriarch buried. Each member deals with life, death and their own mortality in their own unique way in true redneck tradition.
