Prepare yourself for incredible teleportation exploits, devilish disgusting tricks and death defying feats as Britain's top comedy magician Pete Firman returns to the fringe to amaze and amuse with his brand new show Jokes and Tricks featuring his most astounding mirthful magic to date.

Pete Firman is recognised as the UK's leading comedy magician and his sell-out Edinburgh shows 2007-2009 have firmly established him as one of Edinburgh's hottest tickets.

In 2007 Pete performed his debut solo show, Hokum at Edinburgh's Fringe Festival to critical acclaim. He has since taken two more one-man shows to the festival, Flim-Flam and The Pete Firman Magic Show, completed a national UK tour and headlined the British comedy showcase Britcom at the prestigious Montreal Just For Laughs Comedy Festival. Pete will be touring the UK with Jokes and Tricks in October 2010.

Pete's extensive television appearances include Monkey Magic (Five), The Culture Show (BBC 2), Saturday Live Again! and For One Night Only (ITV), Don't Miss A Trick (BBC1), Convention Crasher, Dirty Tricks and Derren Brown's 3D Magic Spectacular (Channel 4) and 'The Secret World Of Magic' (Sky One). Pete also fronts game shows Stake Out and Wait For It...! for BBC1.

His first book Tricks To Freak Out Your Friends which reveals how to take a bite out of a glass and how to stick a barbeque skewer through your tongue has been released in the UK and USA.
